“you’re so inspiring”
people tell me i’m inspiring a lot. “you’ve changed so much.” “you’re glowing.” “i wish i had your discipline.”
and i’m grateful, i really am. but i also want to scream, in the softest way possible:
this wasn’t an accident.
i didn’t wake up one day with a better body, a calmer brain, and a life that finally feels like it fits. i built it with very unsexy tools, over and over, on days where i was tired and confused and low.
here’s what i actually did:
i stopped thinking of my life as one big overwhelming blob and started breaking it into seven simple areas: home, health, wealth, people, projects, fun, future.
i did messy brain dumps in each area so i could see what was actually going on instead of just feeling “off.”
i started ranking those areas every month, not to judge myself, but to see where my energy was needed and where i could chill. some months “home” needed love. some months it was “health.” some months “future” took the backseat so i could just… cope.
then i zoomed out. i mapped what my life could look like in 1, 3, 5, 10, even 30 years if i gave each area low effort, medium effort, or high effort. it was confronting in the best way. i could see the version of me i was slowly walking toward, whether i meant to or not.
but the biggest shift?
i stopped trying to live like one rigid routine robot and started planning around my energy.
i built an energy matrix so i knew my low, medium, and high energy options in each area. no more “i failed because i couldn’t do my perfect routine.” just “ok, today is a low energy day, what’s the low energy move for health, home, people?”
and then i turned it into an energy menu. mains, appetizers, sides, desserts. non-negotiables, little enhancers, side quests, and the big special things that make life feel magical.
that’s how my life changed. not one big miracle. a thousand tiny, boring, intentional choices made easier by systems that respected my nervous system.
and because i know “just be more organized” is not helpful advice, i turned all of this into something you can actually use:
inside bounce back better, i give you the exact chatgpt prompts and templates i used to build my own systems. you paste them in, and it walks you through your own brain dump, your own life rankings, your own long term vision, your own energy matrix and menu.
not my life. yours.
if you’ve ever looked at my progress and thought “i wish i knew how she did that,” this is literally how.
the glow up is cute. the systems are what made it possible.
